greetings,
a warm welcome to my new batch of email friends who signed up at the Lincoln Hall show- we had an amazing time and met a lot of great folk.
I had a few people asking me when we would be performing next, and amidst all the excitement I had no respsone- after all, it’s winter and hibernation just got hip again. fortunately, SPACE in Evanston invited Nikolai and I to play an acoustic set opening up for the Minty Fresh-face, Ezra Furman to ring in the New Year.

dear friends,
as some of you know, I just graduated from Columbia College. within my last year there, the student-run record label AEMMP, was in a revamping stage. instead of choosing one artist to promote and support through the process of recording and releasing a record, students decided to create “Chompilation”- a compilation featuring the best new music of Chicago. our song “Harold Moon” is the third track and was featured on NPR’s “All Things Considered (Chicago)” last Thursday.
Listen to the interview on NPR here.
Check out CHOMPILATION.
ANDDDDDDDDD….
the CD release party is this FRIDAY! May 22nd at the Hideout on 1354 W. Wabansia. 9pm, $8 cover, 21+, CDs and posters will be available for purchase.
hope to see you there!
